Is it worth running Murktide Regent in this deck

I was wonder if u have only 20 instant and 2 sorcery in my izzet Dragon blink deck, it it worth running Murktide Regent and/ or Galazeth Prismari?
The deck is a Dragon tribal etb/blink deck, so no plan to recure spell consistently. Renari, Merchant of Marvels and Dragon Cultist are my commander and background.

Murktide doesn't have an ETB and can't be blinked for value, so I wouldn't run it unless you need a beater that comes down turn 5.

I think in a more casual dragon blink deck, Galazeth is just fine, but Rapacious Dragon is strictly better unless you run more instants/sorceries.
Murktide Regent just isn't good in a blink deck, as all of its value disappears upon blinking it.

I'd say you'd need a dedicated spellslinger list for Galazeth, so at least 30 instants/sorceries. Who's your commander and are you planning to recurr the spells repeatedly?
Is Murktide even worth it? It's basically a beefy Storm Crow, and only if you actually have enough instants/sorceries in your graveyard which you want to exile. I'm not even sure it's that great a card in EDH.
