Because creature tokens are mostly produced by using instants and sorceries, Nim Deathmantle (probably) won't work.
If I can produce infinite tokens via instants and sorceries, I can end the game with Blasting Station , Goblin Bombardment , or feed all those tokens to my commander.
I need at least three viable combos - there has to be a way!

As Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker was already mentioned. You can stay in red combining Kiki with Combat Celebrant for infinite creatures.
Staying in Rakdos, if you have Kiki, you can do infinite damage/lifegain/other triggers with this combo: Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Sling-Gang Lieutenant + Thornbite Staff .
Staying in Rakdos, if you already have Sling-gang, you can do infinite lifedrain and other triggers with this combo: Dockside Extortionist + Epitaph Golem + Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Sling-Gang Lieutenant .
Staying in Rakdos, if you already have Kiki and do want to use Goblin Bombardment you can make infinite Kikis/infinite damage/Other with this combo: Goblin Bombardment + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Mindleecher . Replacing Goblin Bombardment with Impact Tremors will just delete all of your opponents on the ETB triggers.
There are a lot more. Rakdos is probably the best color mix to do exactly what you want.

did you mean Phyrexian Altar ? Because Arena doesn't make mana.

Any infinite creature token combo will only let your commander be cast an infinite number of times if you have the colored mana to pull it off. Phyrexian Altar is essential to this. I would like to mention that most of the ways that kill through infinite creatures are also lethal when paired with the Animate Dead / Necromancy / Dance of the Dead + Worldgorger Dragon combo. With the infinite mana, you can just recast your commander for infinite tokens that kill during combat. Or you can sacrifice the dragon to Blasting Station , Goblin Bombardment , ping with Impact Tremors , etc.

Another infinite token strategy is Twinflame and Dualcaster Mage , btw. Just cast Twinflame, flash in Dualcaster Mage, then copy the twinflame an infinite number of times.

I'm confused by your mention of Nim Deathmantle in your first paragraph. So you not want to use the Deathmantle combo with Ashnod's Altar and Wurmcoil Engine or Abhorrent Overlord ? Or do you simply not know about it?
There is also Village Bell-Ringer and either Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker .
Since you asked for three, an infinite mana combo and White Sun's Zenith
Really most infinite token combos use permanents in some way.
