I looking to make a Curse deck that deals with as you can guess cursing everyone else If anyone as any ideas on who the commander should be pls let me know

Curse theme might be a bit tough just because there are still so few of them, but I'd say any commander that interacts with enchantments and has black in it would be the place to start. Zur the Enchanter , Alela, Artful Provocateur , or Daxos the Returned would be my first thoughts.

Black probably has the best cards that punish opponents if you want to at least embrace the theme and have cards along those lines I would suggest a black, red, blue color wheel because you can also do things like Demonic Pact + Harmless Offering or Donate and there is the newer card Captive Audience to slap on opponents then add things like Tree of Perdition + Triskaidekaphobia some ideas to add to any deck to fit the theme and you can go grixis staxs to further control the board examples War's Toll , Frozen AEther , Archfiend of Depravity , Crawlspace , if you want to really make them cry Ward of Bones

5c allows for the most curses, so I would say maybe Karona, False God to help your opponents attack each other or possibly Najeela, the Blade-Blossom to help you attack and trigger curses more. Najeela is probably a better choice because you can add in a couple najeela win cons.

Thxs for all your help guys here a link to my deck if any of have any ideas or know more copy enchantments cards than i have pls let me know.

I would say something that cares about enchantments in general, as you probably cannot rely just on curses (there is not that many relevant ones). Zur the Enchanter prison or Tuvasa the Sunlit enchantress springs to mind.
