How do i make a good Orzhov exstort deck

I find this deck really fun but i dont really stand a chance to my freinds i tried decks like Inappropriate Touching

Hey, one of the better extort enablers is K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth . With his ability you can pay for extort with 2 life instead of . You can actually gain more life than you have to pay to extort if you have three or more opponents. Blind Obedience is a good reason to want to play white with Krrik strategies.
Pontiff of Blight combines with Krrik/other creatures to make an extort engine that can kill all your opponents. Thrull Parasite is a one drop who can extort. Bolas's Citadel is good with extort since you cast cards on the top of your library paying life instead of the mana cost; each card you cast you can extort. Vilis, Broker of Blood is excellent with Krrik and extort. Whenever you pay life to cast a card you draw a card for each life you lose.

Another good way to do it if you are willing to be a little bit spikey is to play anything that allows for infinite recasts of a creature or spell such as Palinchron + High Tide , Temur Sabertooth + Dockside Extortionist , or Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal . Remember that you don't need to be strictly orzhov to be an extortionist, you just need either black or white.
That being said, if you want to be strictly orzhov I would suggest Tymna the Weaver + Ravos, Soultender so you can keep putting cards in your hand to keep casting and extorting. I would also suggest low cmc fliers and hard to block creature so you can keep drawing off tymna and casting more to extort more.

If you're actually wanting to build a deck around the extort mechanic, not just a life drain deck, then the key to the list will be lots of mana and lots of recurable/spammable spells. You'd probably be better off using Oloro, Ageless Ascetic as your commander to give you access to blue, which not only allows you to cantrip a heap but also untap lands/rocks to keep your extort loops going.
