Help with Yuriko deck for brother

So I am building a Magic deck for my brother this christmas and he really likes asian art and culture. So I decided to build Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow and it is very out of my comfort zone, so I would love some help and thoughts for the deck:
I add on the previous suggestion also the War of the Spark planeswalkers with alternate Anime-style art. The first that come to mind in Dimir colors are Narset, Ashiok and Davriel.

At last, I'd suggest Anime-style basic lands, that can be found in the Kamigawa block (that form beautiful Panorama pictures when put together).

I have a few ideas for you. The Asian inspired Magic plane is Kamigawa, so I'd look at those cards first. And the characters Mu Yanling and Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter were designed for China. Also they did anime style alternate arts for a Jace vs Chandra duel deck once. Happy gathering :)
