With the spoiling of the new ravnica cards in particular The Haunt of Hightower I want to build a mill deck based around Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip. I've always liked the potental he brings to a mill strat, card advantage, removal, graveyard based theft, and if you can get it off a mill based ult. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what card might work well in this sort of deck. I'd rather run a deck with plenty of creatures and normal mill strats are instants, sorceries, and enchantments mostly. That being said, any and all help is very much appreciated!

You could run Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and a Nekusar, the Mindrazer package. The more they draw the more they hurt and the more they discard.

Mind Funeral, Keening Stone, Fleet Swallower, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, Mind Grind, Consuming Aberration, Jace's Archivist are your big hitters when it comes to mill.
I would highly recommend including Bloodchief Ascension and Duskmantle Guildmage as win cons.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is a great mill planeswalker. He exiles three cards with his + ability then can resurrect any monsters you've milled with his ability and his ultimate takes out a fifth of your opponets deck

Phenax, God of Deception is great for Mill, particularly if you have several larger creatures.
Oona, Queen of the Fae does not mill, but it does give you a large number of blockers while removing cards from an opponent's library.
Consuming Aberration provides a huge body that also mills.
The Scarab God - mill is, overall, a pretty weak strategy, so it's good to have some backup win conditions. The Scarab God has good synergy with mill and serves as a creature generator, graveyard hate, top-deck manipulator, and burn spell, all at once.
You will want graveyard hate, such as Tormod's Crypt. Lots of players use graveyard strategies, and you will be directly enabling these players. You'll need some way to mitigate the damage you are doing to yourself.
Animate Dead and other cards that allow you to reanimate your opponents' creatures can be quite nifty.
