Coming back after a few years

I like my old Jarad deck but due to life circumstances i no longer have the cards, nor the thousands to recoup them. making this new elf deck just to get my feet back in but struggling to get the curve and speed up to where i want it. looking for suggestions to get the deck back to being lethal in 5-8 turns, and solve some of the mana curve issues.
