Chaos master(s)?

My friend want to play a chaos deck but he has a hard time picking his commander.
He narrowed it down to these possibilities.
1- deck with Okaun, Eye of Chaos // Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom .
2- deck Xantcha, Sleeper Agent .
Which one would you recommend and why ?
For pure chaos, I'd recommend Okaun-Zndrsplt. It's definitely more fun with the coin toss mechanic and has a better support for spellslinging chaos spells. You have more ways of copying spells and more graveyard recursion.
One of my friends has a Xantcha deck and I'd say that it is more of a group slug and creature theft deck, rather than a chaos one. He pilots it with good politics, and generally makes it at least to 2 place... When he doesn't win.

Definitely Okaun/Zndrsplt, but I would always go for Nicol Bolas .

I'll shamelessly plug my own list and say that Yidris has more potential for chaos. It provides the best chaos cards to choose from and his ability can lead to dropping 2-3 pieces in a single turn to ensure that the board state can't be saved by using a single removal spell. I've written a primer about chaos, the decklist is in my profile.

Xantcha, Sleeper Agent is more about hate/politics than the others two so i would pick them. As a suggestion outside them i like Rakdos, the Showstopper (i know you didn't ask for other suggestion but i like him too much)
