Black white commander

Commander Deck Help forum

Hey guys I have a bunch of black and white cards from original ravnica when that was standard, as well from around the time of when the titans were printed. I say that because I enjoyed playing those two colors. Whether its a home brew in modern as a mid range or home brew "Walker build" or when I had a black white "control" deck in standard back when grave titan and elspeth and original Gideon was standard. I just like the play style of black for Hand removal Spot removal And a hand full of good black bombs of creatures

White for Spot removal Enchantment Planeswalkers And some really good creature bombs

....so my question is there a general that works for that play style?? I see a few aristocrat style generals but that's not my style Or should I just pick any black white general just for the colors

Sorry hard to convey that.

Kambal, Consul of Allocation seems like a fun commander for a control oriented deck.

Ravos, Soultender + Tymna the Weaver could work for what you want. Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim or Karlov of the Ghost Council may also be an option if you want to include life gain and recursion, but if you're going to go that route I'd suggest Selenia, Dark Angel . Selenia is an underdog commander that may be overlooked until you start your gain and drain shenanigans.

Outside of that they're mostly like you said, Aristocrat style types. Hope I've helped a bit at least, good luck in your search. If you want to see an example of Selenia check my profile.

The deck you want to build is gonna use Queen Marchesa splashing red into your orzhov playstyle with the queen at the helm creates the perfect deck base to build from.

Why not go hard on the enchantment route with Daxos the Returned ? You'll still need all your removal and bomb-y stuff and you can use enchantments with recurring discard effects like Necrogen Mists and Painful Quandary to keep that element you like in the deck.

I was also gonna recommend Daxos the Returned - seems like an ideal fit for your play style. It's flexible - can build it towards control, or more stax, or more pillow fort. B/W has tons of good enchantments, creatures, and enchantment creatures... and the tokens turn into beaters fast.

i think rakdoss the show stopper is too unreliable and you will watch him kill all the fodder you do not care about and leave combos be. I was thinking of Rakdos, Lord of Riots I know you need to damage people to drop him but there are some mana rocks and enchantments that will do that. Then you can drop all the fatties you want (imagine dropping some big eldrazi for free :D ).

I was about to recommend some partner commanders but then i realised i have already commented on your other post
