How good do you think Back to Nature and Tranquil Grove are at all levels of play(Casual - Competitive)? Is it viable? Too niche? Are there better options?

Depends on your meta, most decks will lean much more heavily on artifacts than they will enchantments and neither card helps you there. But if you have a lot of enchantress decks in your meta and you're not running many enchantments yourself then it seems good.

Depends on play group. If your group has lots of enchantment based decks/combos, then both of the mentioned cards give you instant speed answers. Back to nature may be more competitive as it's an instant which can't be answered prior to the other enchantments, but the Grove does get around most counter spells once it's in play.

Casual play both are very viable depending on the meta.

Competitive play I'm not as experienced, but I think they both would be meta decision, and deck/color dependent. I say color/deck dependant as there are probably better answers that can hit more variety of threats. Having an answer to an enchantment threat when you need an answer to a land/creature/artifact could be difference between losing and surviving. If you are in G/W/B, Utter End would be a better option.

pskinn01: In G/W/B you have Assassin's Trophy , Abrupt Decay and Anguished Unmaking for mixed removal before you would run Utter End (in competitive decks at least). That and Nature's Claim for enchantment/artifact only removal.

What I've seen is Tranquil Grove works mostly as a deterrent, similar to Seal of Primordium . If your goal is actually to blow everything up, there's no real reason to choose these cards over Nev's Disk or Bane of Progress .
