Advice for a new deck

Hello, I would like to put together a deck for fun playing with friends (not at tournaments). I'd like to have cards in it that I already have (Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Exquisite Blood, The Scarab God, Entomb, Sorin Markov). My brother suggested this one since I wanted to have revive as a secondary mechanic.
I would like to ask if this deck is usable and possibly if some better cards would fit in (I'm trying to go more budget if possible). I would also probably need help with sideboard composition as well.
