So we all know how bad Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is but I would like to issue the challenge of building a modern legal deck. The deck should focus on using Tibalt's abilities and not just having him in it for the sake of having him in the deck. There are no restrictions on price or cards.

I'll get things started with my deck.
