Has anyone recieved their order yet?
I moved, so had to cancel/reorder mine which sent me to the back of the shipping line but still nothing. No email saying my order is in the mail or a tracking number, only my original confirmation.
StarCityGames had an article in mid-October saying one person got an email update after complaining on Reddit. In the email, it was said the shipping date would be October 24, 2022 and that would be communicated to all customers in relatively short order.
Looks like Wizards might have been a bit premature in letting that user know an estimated shipping date if y’all have not received notifications yet.
I suspect that means the cards are at least printed, since they would have been unlikely to give a “we will ship in two weeks” update if the product was still in the production stage. That likely means there is some other, more easily fixed than production issues, reason for the delay. With luck, that hopefully means your products will ship soon - or you’ll at least get a formal update.
My personal theory: They need larger shipping packages because the Secret Lair foils all curled and now take up more volume.
Joking aside, Wizards really dropped the ball on their PR here. I think everyone gets that they are having supply chain issues and might be willing to forgive some of those delays. But they’ve now had 7 sets (8 on Friday) and 17 decks (19 on Friday) released since their last public update on the product - and lack of information is quite the public relations faux pas.

that October 24th date was for starting to fulfill shipping. Seems some EU people have tracking but has not updated at all, and they got another update it should have started the 14th (yesterday). NA has no info at all. Amazing it IS still fulfilling thought it usually takes 2 weeks maximum, so they really have no idea what they were signing up for with this deck

Saw a Reddit post from someone who got an email stating "will ship within 30 days (from the original 10/24 date they gave)" They better be spending all this time seeding in the very synergistic Mana Crypt in as the secret bonus card!
I just want to play the deck with all the cool new arts :'(

The reveal card is disappointing. I still haven't gotten a tracking email but not surprised since I had to reorder.
I miss the first secret lairs that they pre-printed and you were guaranteed to have in two months or less if you were in the first half to order. I guess it'll take a solid year or more to get this one.

Well that's pretty disappointing for a bonus card. Did everyone get the Kamigawa collector boosters due to the delay? My understanding was that you had to have paid ahead of time to get them, which I wouldn't feel good about going forward based on the insane delays they have. I got really lucky and pulled a Jin-Gitaxis and a Boseiju from my boosters, but I could have easily gotten nothing but jank. Wizards should have put a Steam Vents or a Scalding Tarn in the box as an apology. Wouldn't cost them any more than an island or mountain.

Yeah Mana Crypt was a lot to ask for but a fetch or shock would have been very acceptable. Also from what people are saying, aside from the 5 double sided cards, no new art on the remaining deck makes me a wee bit sad. Though I have seen some awesome full art textless panoramic cards for the commanders that look slick as hell!

I got the collector boosters. Not nearly as nice as the War of the Spark foil sheet I got for the Dominaria Exclusive* (forget exactly what is was called) fiasco.

Received mine yesterday! It feels good and had almost no curling and I got the mountain for my lair card. So here's hoping y'all get yours soon too!

Also for those who get it if you want a good laugh look at the fold out page they give you and on it it'll have a coin flipping path to follow and at the end it'll reward you with preview of up coming secret lair!
They've already been released and shipped HAHAHA

I got mine Wednesday, sleeved it up yesterday. My 'promo' was the island. I also got an extra Krark's Thumb which is pretty sweet, but does indicate some quality control issues on Wizard's part.

Abaques so that begs the question: what card was missing or, was it really just an extra, and also, did somebody not get their thumb?!?!

DoomNoodle It was just an extra card, so great for me, but yeah, I'm guessing someone else got shorted a card. I've seen a couple reddit threads of people complaining about missing cards in the deck, though I'm unsure how prevalent that really is. After close to a year you would have hoped that Wizards would have had better quality control on this product.

I haven't moved and I haven't heard anything about shipping either. Frankly it's pretty frustrating. Wizards has really dropped the ball on that.
