Why stick with casual mill if you can gain life too? Some players love to play against a mill deck because their decks work with graveyards etc. But with some cards that I put in this deck you may surprise the opponent with soms exile mill and exile whole graveyards. Lets just not hope they are able to play from exile, then you don't want to exile cards.
