Budget cEDH Zur w/ a stax into demonic oracle combo. I have removed all cards (except the core combo pieces) that cost more than 20$.

Being on a budget makes this deck more fragile than is probably worth running. We lose redundancy for the combo such as Tainted Pact , as well as our premier tutors and counterspells (e.g. Demonic Tutor and Force of Will ). To compensate, it is usually a good idea to play the deck slower, ensuring to hold up coutermagic when going for the combo.
