This is my recently built Zur Cycling EDH deck. I chose Zur because of his tutor effect. He can grab a lot of key enchantments that support the cycling theme as well as giving you access to some Zur good stuff cards. Notable cycling grabs include Astral Slide, Astral Drift, Drake Haven, Faith of the Devoted, and Crystalline Resonance. I play a couple of shocks and fetches because I had them in my collection. However, if you’re looking for even more budget, cut the shocks and fetches for some basics. (Note: I would not advise adding any additional tap duals to the deck. It already runs a high amount of tapped lands because it’s running every cycling land in the Esper colors. Adding more tap lands would bog down the deck). Cutting the fetches and the shocks for basics drops the total deck price down to about $85 at time of building. This is very much a casual deck. I would not recommend this for anybody who often plays with high-powered metas. You can take it to a higher power level with additional fast mana, removal, and card draw. I would love to hear what anybody thinks about the deck and any deck suggestions!
