Long story short. I build for fun decks and i'm not very experienced. A friend of mine asked me to build two practice budget decks for us, with no crazy strategy in them, entry-level and possibly Vampire or Dragon tribal for her, so she can learn by playing against me. So i've decided to build a Vampire mono-R aggro for her and a slower deck, a little bit more complex to use for me, just to balance our different experience and to make her see something different from just summon and cast burn spells. This deck. I'm going to post both of them and i ask you all if you can help me improve them.

So, self mill mono black zombie. I just self-mill my library (and soft mill the enemy's library) until i can exile at will for tokens and flood the field. Exhume to force late undead servant. Shepherd of Rot for some non-combat damage, Gorging Vulture for cushion the self inflicted damage. That's it, nothing impressive and no non basic lands, they are often something hard to grasp at the start imho.
