Theme of the deck is horror with the aim to mill everyone to generate tokens to use as an attacking force or to sacrifice for other effects. Synergy between Zellix, Sanity Flayer + Haunted One would allow me to either tap to boost the 1/1 horrors to 3/1 if I want to be aggressive or to wait until the end step of the player right before my next turn so I can tap Zellix, Sanity Flayer to give undying to all my non-token Horrors at any point during an opponent's turn if they try to take them out which most of the creatures in this deck are horrors. It also allows me to be aggressive with certain creatures so even if they die they come back through Undying triggering their entering the battlefield effect.
Example:
-tap Zellix, Sanity Flayer
-Boost Hecteyes to 3/1 and attack, he dies
-Hecteyes comes back as a 2/2 and triggers opponents to discard a card again (similar idea with Fume Spitter and Spellskite)

Some ideas of how some strategies for the deck
-Gaining/losing life when creatures enters/leave the battlefield
-Putting cards in your graveyard and bringing them back through things like Agadeem's Awakening  
-Heavy milling to proc Zellix, Sanity Flayer and Undead Alchemist
-Sacrifice tokens or creatures with effects to Altar of Dementia, Altar of the Brood, Phyrexian Altar, Skullclamp

A stronger combo example is Zellix, Sanity Flayer + Altar of the Brood + The Water Crystal
-Tap Zellix, Sanity Flayer to mill 7 cards (3 + 4 from Water crystal), if 1 card is a creature then create a 1/1 token
-Token enters the field, triggers Altar of the Brood to make all opponents mill 5 cards each (1 + 4 from water crystal)
-if any of the opponents mill a creature repeat the process

Still open to some ideas to improve or cards I could switch, things like Phyrexian Obliterator with Undying seems very powerful but not sure if it would be reliable enough
