How can I improve this deck to "high" power level on PlayEDH?

This is my latest version of a Yuriko build. I'm looking for advice on how to take this from "mid" to "high" on playedh. The maybe board is what I currently have on hand. With no experience on the high levels of power, I'm looking for guidance.

What I would like is: 1.) a significant density of evasive cheap creatures that I can either make into ninjas (via conspiracy, arcane adaptation, and xenograft) or multiply the ninja triggers by copying Yuriko (via phyrexian metamorph, spark double, and Sakashima). 2.) A modest multiple turn package. Is having "only" two extra turn cards (expropriate and time stretch) too little to commit to this? 3.) faster mana: am I limited to rocks at this point? 4.) "better interaction": I've been told this, but I'm not clear on what this means beyond counterspells. 5.) any and all other advice on how to up my skill level

Currently the win conditions are spamming the yuriko triggers, minor top deck interaction (this is where I would love more mana. I never have enough to spin the top as much as I would like), and insidious dreams. Gleemax is a silver bordered joke win for the achievement When people let me play with it, we ignore it if it actually comes up. I know I'm lacking a certain nuance for high power levels, so advice here would be just as good. I try to make sure my opening hand has at least one 1 drop, and 2-3 lands. I'm trying to hold off on Yuriko's first hit until T3-4 with the hope I can start powering up better than a first strike on T2.

Regarding price: this is my first deck and I will slowly bling it out over time. Right now, I could probably invest another $50 into the deck beyond what's in the Maybe board.
