This deck is a frontier build centered around creating a very, very big Ravenous Intruder and THROWING it at your opponents face at instant speed with Fling. The deck runs a total of 26 artifacts (22 artifacts or creatures, 4 artifact lands in Darksteel Citadel. These artifacts can be divided into sacrifice targets, or utility artifacts.

How to Play

The ideal win with this deck is to fling (heh, puns) your gigantic Ravenous Intruder at your opponent, for lethal. You want to get as many artifacts out as possible, and try and refrain from trading unless absolutely necessary. An important thing to remember when looking for lethal, is that Hangarback Walker and Servo Schematic both turn into more artifacts when they die. Also, Implement of Combustion can be sacrificed to draw a card, with or without paying the mana cost, if you use your Ravenous Intruder.

B/R Artifact Subtheme

It's not always possible to win the game with our combo, so we back it up with a solid B/R artifact shell. This includes Scrapheap Scrounger, Unlicensed Disintegration, Hangarback Walker, and Ghostfire Blade. Herald of Anguish is a card that your opponents won't expect, but if you can get it out quickly, they won't be expecting it. The deck is looking to be aggresive, while still holding back your artifacts, with the ultimate goal to be to pull off your combo.
