Wanted to challenge myself to a kamigawa budget mono deck. This is a friendly pacifist deck that (in theory) plays similar to group hug, but we are hugging one person extra tightly. Give your new bestie a friendship bracelet IRL and give them cards, creatures and protection, tilting a free-for-all into a 2v2. The other two players are forced to focus our friend, wasting everyone’s resources but yours; or to focus us, leaving our friend free to dominate the board and mono white means we can take the beating, or try negotiating a more peaceful solution.

Cards like pendant of prosperity, benevolent offering, secret rendezvous will set our BFF up for success, while classic group hug cards will keep other hopefuls sated and distract from the favouritism. Cards like mass calcify(using commander ability), dev mastery and Opal-eye and the advocates will help protect our BFF as well as ourselves. Use Null Chamber with your buddy to lock out the nerd commanders from sitting with the cool group.

Play Divine Gambit unironically. With some negotiations, Gambit can mix up the board balance dramatically, especially on turn two.
