Yisan, the Wanderer Bard tutors for creatures for {2}{G}{T}. Each time, starting at one CMC, he can get a creature one CMC bigger than last time.

In order to maximize the utility of this, I included Seedborn Muse, Bear Umbra, and Quest for Renewal. I also included several ways to cast spells with flash and from the top of your library, as well as to untap your lands (such as with Wilderness Reclamation).

As for winning, that mostly comes down to the creatures. There isn't anything too unique. Basically a toolbox of good ETB effects and other abilities with some big guys like Pathbreaker Ibex to pump everyone up for the win.

If you want to see the cards organized by function and the creatures organized by cmc, you can select "custom." I didn't default the layout to this because it got a little unruly.
