Fast green combo deck with a lot of versatility and consistency. The plan is to always cast Yisan on turn 2, then either go for one of various combos or tutor up disruptive creatures.

The cards can be roughly grouped into four categories:

Cards that generate mana. The one and only thing to look for in your opening hand is "Can this hand cast Yisan on turn 2?". The deck is built with this goal in mind, and you should mulligan until your opener is able to produce at least 3 mana on turn 2. Usually that means 2+ lands and some kind of accelerator. The rest of the opening hand is more or less irrelevant, just get Yisan online, he can do all the work. About half of the list belongs in this category.

Cards that synergize with Yisan and/or eachother. Your primary goal is winning with one of various infinite combos, usually involving infinite mana as well as untaps for your creatures and/or reuse of "enters the battlefield" triggers. Some of them can be assembled by Yisan alone (for example Temur Sabertooth + Wirewood Symbiote + creature that taps for 5 mana + 1cmc Elf). Others involve artifacts like Umbral Mantle that you can't tutor for, but once you draw one of them, Yisan can find a creature to combo with it (in this case Karametra's Acolyte is a good option).

Cards that interact with the opposition. If your opponents threaten to race you or hinder your development (say, Linvala, Keeper of Silence or Torpor Orb ), it's often necessary to interact with their creatures, artifacts, enchantments or lands. A variety of silverbullets can be found via either creature tutors or land tutors to do the job. Quite often you can chain some interactive cards together to play a mana denial game for a couple of turns before you finish via combo. The cards in this group are mostly metagame choices and not essential to the backbone of the deck.

Cards that glue the deck together. This includes some additional tutor effects, value engines like Sylvan Library or Regal Force as well as an alternative win condition in Craterhoof Behemoth . Sometimes the game doesn't go exactly according to plan, and that's when these cards are usually at their best.
