Mana ramp and polymorph your way to eldrazi gods, giant wurms, and pure unadulterated j-a-n-k.

The object of the deck is to Polymorph , Mass Polymorph , or Synthetic Destiny a token, land creature or a field of creatures from Avenger of Zendikar or Reins of Power into an eldrazi god(s) or another large sized creature(s). Then swing with Lightning Greaves , Concordant Crossroads or Maelstrom Wanderer on the field.

A few tutors, mana rocks, and control cards help maintain board. It is not too counter spell heavy but it can protect itself.

I'm looking to optimize it better. I am knowledgeable with cards but don't know everything out there and I am open to suggestions.
