As of 11/5/19 I've decided to completely revamp this deck to try to make it more focused. It still has a lot of ramp but a little less sacrifice & steal effects and more removal. It's still budget,just around $60 or less if you order the more expensive singles for the lowest price offered on the variety of card sites.

The Ramp: Dorks: Channeler Initiate , Rattleclaw Mystic , Voyaging Satyr ,and Kiora's Follower Rocks: Gruul,Izzet,and Simic signet along with the talismans of Creativity,Curiosity,and Impulse and of course, Sol Ring . Land Based: Search for Tommorow, Rampant Growth , Farseek , Sakura-Tribe Elder , Growth Spiral , Cultivate ,and Primal Growth (Primal Growth doubles as a sacrifice effect).

Steal Effects: Bazaar Trader , Nephalia Smuggler ,and Willbreaker can let us permanently gain control of creatures under Yasova's ability. Agent of Treachery takes advantage of this by providing a steal effect and potential card draw. Conquering Manticore , Molten Primordial , Mass Mutiny ,and Mob Rule are all incredibly efficiently costed, and all (except Manticore) can be game ending. Reins of Power can be RIDICULOUS,stealing and sacrificing someones entire board,or using someones board to swing in against them,also works well with the previously stated Bizaar Trader and Willbreaker. Etali, Primal Storm and Stolen Strategy are just fun. Role Reversal can let us swap a dork for a creature,or mess with our opponents. Mass Manipulation is a mana dump and mass steal effect.

Sacrifice Effects: Culling Dais , Grafted Wargear , Scourge of Skola Vale , Feed the Pack , Heart-Piercer Manticore ,and Greater Good . Culling Dais and Greater good double down as card draw effects. Ulvenwald Tracker can cause stolen creature to be removal on a stick. Profaner of the Dead can be a board clear.

Now,things that aren't entirely the main focus but are still important to our game plan;

Card Draw: Life's Legacy , Momentous Fall ,the previously stated Greater Good and Culling Dais are all draw effects that double down as sac effects. Harmonize is just a good rate,and Lifecrafter's Bestiary can offer card selection and turn our creatures into card draw. Humble Defector can be a repeatable card draw effect if we target it with Yasova,our opponents can get an advantage out of this but definitely not as much as we can.

Removal: Since we're going to be mainly focusing on stealing our opponents creatures rather than removing them,our removal is mainly focused around artifacts and enchantments with: Decimate , Hull Breach , Nature's Claim However we do run 2 creature removal effects with Reality Shift and Kenrith's Transformation . Aether Gale is also useful for bouncing pesky permanents. Bonds of Mortality and Glaring Spolight allow us to target hexproof creatures with our steal effects

Protection: Glaring Spotlight , Simic Charm ,and Swiftfoot Boots all give our creatures hexproof

Haste Granting Effects: Anger , Temur Ascendancy ,and Rhythm of the Wild This is a bit more niche,but I included these so creatures like Etali, Primal Storm and Savage Ventmaw could swing in right when they're played,however they also work well with Mass Manipulation since it allows the creatures we've stolen to swing in immediately
