I playtested this deck against some of my other decks. The results:

wolfir vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

I only played 1 game. Game 1 W/U/B Annoyance got mana deprived. Had 3 mana with 2x Bloodline Keeper   in hand. Detention Sphere was a big help, exiling my opponents 2x Birds of Paradise. That slowed wolfir down a ton. As soon as I got the 2x Bloodline Keeper   out, it was game over. They transformed, giving me 5 6/6 flying vampires. W/U/B Annoyance 1-0.

W/U Humans vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

Only played 1 game. Game 1 went long. One early Liliana of the Veil put the pressure on early. A Nevermore naming Gather the Townsfolk was a big game changer. In end a mana flooded W/U Humans had to cast an overloaded Cyclonic Rift. It only stalled for a bit before 2x Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and 5 1/1 vampire lifelinkers won the game. 1-0 W/U/B Annoyance.

I really need a replacement for Pithing Needle. Suggestions?

I have now decided to play this deck vs. other decks on tappedout. If you want me to playtest this deck against one of yours, just ask :). Let the games begin!

The Stampede Returns vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

The Stampede Returns got off to a very quick start. After seeing my opponent play a Strangelroot Geist, I named it with Nevermore. He drew 2 more roots that game xD. A Druid's Familiar got me down to 2 life very quickly, but when Liliana of the Veil hit the field along with a Desecration Demon, it got ugly. Liliana came out of the gate using her -2, clearing The Stampede Returns field down to 1 creature. Flyers played a huge roll, as I won with a Desecration Demon and a Bloodgift Demon. 1-0 W/U/B Annoyance.

Stuffy-Doll Grixis vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

This was a pretty awesome match up. Ended fast. Looked like I was gonna win with 1x Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and a Bloodline Keeper  Flip creating vamps. He had a Stuffy Doll and a Phyrexian Metamorph copying the doll. He top decked a Blasphemous Act, hitting for 26 xD. 1-0 Stuffy-Doll Grixis.

Suicide Life Gain vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

Yet another close game that I lost. Just wasn't fast enough. When I DID get the board wipe that I needed, Blood Artist hit hard. Really mean card against this deck. I had lots of vamps, but a Disciple of Griselbrand won him the game. I was at 3 life and he was able to sac 3 creatures with a Falkenrath Noble on the field. 1-0 Suicide Life Gain (dangit).

Heartless <3 vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

A ton of o-ring/Detention Sphere shenanigans ensued. I exiled his Heartless Summoning, then he exiled the o-ring that I exiled his Heartless Summoning with. Then I exiled his o-ring that exiled my o-ring that I exiled his Heartless Summoning with (what?). Then finally I won with 5 4/4 vampires with flying xD. 1-0 W/U/B Annoyance.

Izzet hot in here? vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

Pretty bad game for me. No swamps in sight until like turn 6. I should have played Nevermore targeting Guttersnipe before the second came out. I could have won this game, just some mistakes on my part. 1-0 Izzet hot in here?.

Deceitful Dead vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

This game was over as soon as it began. I drew three, yes three, [Bloodline Keeper]] xD. I wan with 7 8/8 vampires with flying xD xD. This game was hilarious :D. 1-0 W/U/B Annoyance.

Selesnya is broken vs. W/U/B Annoyance.

3x Detention Sphere helped stall for awhile. I held off for maybe 5 turns with vamp tokens. Then cleaned up with a Desecration Demon. 1-0 W/U/B Annoyance.
