First I'd like to give credit to ledime, whose original deck provided the inspiration for this one. I've made a few small changes with the release of Gatecrash.

You can get out Worldspine Wurm on turn 5, all the while drawing cards and deflecting attacks. A special addition I've made is Predator's Rapport , which combined with Worldspine Wurm provides excellent survivability. A little 30 life boost for 3 mana isn't bad, is it?

A few notes:

I added Revive for a number of reasons. This ensures you don't lose valuable steps such as having a Boneyard Wurm in play, and it will let you play and reuse cards such as Predator's Rapport .

I've lowered the total amount of mana, finding 18 land to be more than sufficient, as nothing will require a casting cost of more than 3.
