From the time I started the guy who got me into this game told me to make a Sliver deck. I only had maybe four Slivers at the time, and was working on other decks. Then I hit the jackpot on eBay and got enough Slivers to start the deck. So I searched, and found Slivers I consider good choices. Since I know someone with a Sliver deck as well I chose another mythic rare that I can swap for my Commander. Let me know what you think.
