Playing around with a Modern Chandra's Incinerator build inspired by MagicAids. Just here to playtest, not take credit.

The main idea is to play Incinerator on turn 2. This is enabled with either Rift Bolt suspend or Seal of Fire cast on turn 1. This allows for some 0-mana damage on turn 2. Any of our Lightning Bolt type spells adds the damage up to 5 or 6 which lets Incinerator come down for 1. Pretty neat!

Backup plans are a burn-fueled beatdown with Monastery Swiftspear, a single large swing with Chandra's Spitfire (kind of a lategame backup plan), or getting back into the game with Chandra, Torch of Defiance.

This deck varies from MagicAIDS's build in that Vexing Devil and Eidolon of the Great Revel got cut. These cards are unreliable and inflate the deck budget. In their place are some lategame contingencies for staying power. Thunderous Wrath can enable a cheap Incinerator should the original burn plan fail, or simply reach out and get that last chunk of damage through. Light Up the Stage either widens our hand as early as turn 2 or can fix a flood late game.

Overall this build is more budget friendly and a bit more flexible. The creature count is fairly low and the deck may be weak to fast decks with any interaction, but I've had some fun with it in casual circles. The sideboard is subject to your local meta and mine should not be taken seriously (even when it gets the full 15).
