If Wizards of the Coast isn't supposed to print vanity cards anymore, how did Inalla, Archmage Ritualist get printed? She busts Wizards in half!

This deck acts as an annoying "combo" deck. The Wizards of the deck combo quite nicely with Inalla, Archmage Ritualist for value, annoyance, and power. There really isn't a combo designed to instantly end the game, but this deck can be brutal.

In order the maximize the immense power wielded by Inalla, Archmage Ritualist, the deck is mostly Wizards. The few non-Wizard creatures in the deck are either combo pieces, value engines, or finishers to further the gameplan. You know how good Snapcaster Mage is? How about two of them? Or two Sower of Temptations? Two Vedalken Dismissers? Everything's better in multiples!

Inalla can cause a lot of annoyance by making duplicates of bouncing Wizards. AEther Adept, Separatist Voidmage, Voidwielder, and even Venser, Shaper Savant get far more annoying when duplicates hit the battlefield. With the copy of the bounce creature, the original creature as well as an opponent's creature can be bounced to recast for more shenanigans! It gets even worse with Panharmonicon.

Now you might be asking, how does this deck win? There are a lot of powerful creatures and effects, but they're pretty small and durdly. There are 3 main ways:

  1. Damage off entering the battlefield (Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors)

  2. Damage off things dying (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Blasting Station)

  3. Drawing lots and lots of cards (usually with Kindred Discovery) and Laboratory Maniac

Specific Ways to Combo Off

  1. Ashnod's Altar, Bloodline Necromancer, and a damage source: in response to Inalla's trigger off Bloodline Necromancer entering the battlefield, sacrifice Necromancer to Ashnod's Altar and use the copy to target the Necromancer in the graveyard. Repeat for infinite ETBs, reanimation, and infinite deaths.

  2. Walk the Aeons, Archeomancer/Izzet Chronarch, and AEther Adept/Voidwielder, Separatist Voidmage/Venser, Shaper Savant: cast Walk the Aeons, use Archeomancer or Izzet Chronarch to return Walk, use a bounce creature to return Archeomancer/Chronarch and the bounce creature. Repeat for infinite turns.
