Welcome to my Inalla EDH Deck.

The reason why I am playing Inalla is because I fell in love with her the moment I first saw her artwork.

On top of that she has a really unique playstyle and can combo easily without being stupidly overpowered or too control-heavy (or at least my Deck is designed that way).

The strategy is actually quite simple, put wizards and tokens of 'em into play. ;)

Most of our Wizards have some kind of ETB effect (Dire Fleet Ravager) or synergize directly with other Wizards (Azami, Lady of Scrolls).

However, there are some combos in this Deck that can either straight win the game for you or shift it into your favour.

One of, if not THE, most notorious Inalla combo is Inalla + Wanderwine Prophets.

It works as following: You cast WP and pay to create a copy of it. Both will enter the Battlefield and you will choose to let the Token Champion the Original. You now attack with it, let it deal its damage and sacrifice it - you get your extra turn and the Original WP reenters the battlefield, you pay again and let the Token exile the Original again. At the beginning of your Endstep you will need to pay and exile the Original a final time to receive the Token until the next Endstep, which will be yours because of the extra turn.

This combo Costs a total of during the first turn, but only to maintain. Or you can get it a little cheaper by first putting Original WP into the graveyard with things like Buried Alive or Entomb and reanimating it through various effects. It’s easiest done with a copied Spellseeker who fetches both Entomb and Reanimate.

The second combo we will have a look at is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal

This combo is cheaper than the former, but requires more setup. You will, of course need the two Combo-Pieces, but also a Sol Ring (or any other Mana Rocks that can give a total of ), Inalla OR Supreme Inquisitor and 4 other Wizards on the Battlefield.

Another cruel combo is Sage of Fables + Glen Elendra Archmage. It is quite self-explaining, and pretty hard to get rid of. Throw a Viscera Seer into the mix and you'll be winning in a Turn or two.

Timestream Navigator and Grenzo, Dungeon Warden can give us infinite turns for the cost of each turn. By the time we get both out and have the City's Blessing we should be able to support that.

Venser, Shaper Savant is an all-round God in this deck.

If we layer our triggers in the correct way, we can bounce a spell/permanent, get the Real Venser back to our hand and get his token to attack/block something for a turn.

The way to do this is by casting Venser and then putting the Inalla or Flameshadow Conjuring trigger first and his own trigger second on the stack. As the Stack resolves in reverse order Venser will want to target something and we want him to target himself. This will then resolve and we will get him back into our hand. Then the Inalla trigger will resolve and we will pay the to create a copy of Venser, that copy can then just bounce something and jump-block if needed.

Naban, Dean of Iteration is just a second Panharmonicon, really. He has earned his spot in the deck by synergising with so many cards in the Deck, including Inalla herself to some extend.

Spellseeker can fetch quite a lot of answers, although you could just use her and her copy to get Dramatic Reversal and Diabolic Intent, the latter will be used to fetch Isochron Scepter to complete this part of the combo, or go for Entomb and Reanimate for the Wanderwine Prophets combo.

Dualcaster Mage and Naru Meha, Master Wizard will copy tutors, control spells and a lot more and they can do so repeatedly by either bouncing them with Riptide Laboratory, Cloudstone Curio or Venser or directly with the help of Inalla, Flameshadow, Naban and Panharmonicon.

Realmwright is just a nice tool for fixing some of our mana, especially with Sundial of the Infinite.

Trinket Mage can fetch Sol Ring and Sensei's Divining Top, Tribute Mage can get Isochron Scepter and Sundial of the Infinite and Trophy Mage can get us Cloudstone Curio and Mana Rocks.

Vedalken AEthermage is a pretty cool tool to fetch of our more 'powerful' wizards.

I am really proud of this Deck, and I hope you enjoy my list as much as I do!

If you have suggestions/criticism/need for further explanation feel free to leave a comment. :)

If you like the Deck don't forget to give it an Upvote! :D

I'd love to get into more detail and make a proper primer for this some day. :D

Anyway, many thanks for having a look at my Deck. :*
