A budget 4-colour (witch or redless) mutate deck for pauper. This is by no means a tier 1 or 2 deck. This is a Battlebox, have some fun deck. And again, it is very, very budget. (In euros it will set you back a whopping €2,5!)

+1/+1 counters are very prevalent. Some keyword counters

Low mana value creatures that synergise well with mutate. Mutate to create powerful creatures that are buffed by Essence Symbiote. Mutate triggers to have the deck run smoothly. Card draw from Dreamtail Heron, basics tutoring from Migratory Greathorn. Bonus with counters from Vulpikeet, and menace from Cavern Whisperer.

The lands VS mana/pips seems skewed, but because of Migratory Greathorn tutoring for basics and all the spells being green and black it does work out this way.
