This deck is built round the party mechanic.

I've tried many different combinations and this appears to be the best.

The strategy is fill your party as quickly as possible, keep your party full and capitalise with the various "full party" effects / cheap spells.

The deck snowballs quickly once you have a full party;

  1. Archpriest of Iona will typically buff your veteran adventurers with +1 Strength and Flight.

  2. Linvala is a really strong card for 3 mana. Not only is she a 3/3 flyer (which shouldn't be underestimated) but she can sacrifice to give your party Hexproof or Indestructible (Makakir Rebirth can bring her back for 1B). But her full party ability is amazing: she can neutralise target creature each round.

  3. Squad Commander is your coup de grace. When he drops, he generates a bunch of 1/1 chimps but it's his full party ability which slaps: +1 Strength to all your creatures and grants Indestructible to them!

  4. Nimble Trapfinder not only becomes unblockable when you play a Cleric, Warrior, Wizard or fellow Rogue, but his full party ability grants all your creatures "If this creature deals damage to an opponent, draw a card."

Once this deck gets 3 party members out, it really starts to shine as many of the party cards become really efficient.

But that's the downfall of the deck: if you never get to 3 party members, your cards are inefficient and it will underperform.
