Just a brew of stuff I had laying around, figured it might be alright... then I played it twice. 1st game table kill turn 6, 2nd time table kill turn 8 (only because Winota was removed turn 5). Needless to say, Winota is just broken.

Keeping this one budget, as it really doesn't need to be more powerful.
