Mana acceleration, Monsters.

This is a blue players attempt at ramping out big fatties.

I wanted fast mana and creatures that have a decent value. I've also thrown in some decent 'walkers.

I've only actually played a few 4 person games, and a couple more 2 player games. So far I'm liking the ramp speed, but am having trouble with the fact that I run so few basics, and so many of my spells require basics for fetching.

New Details 4/29/2018:

The previous build fell on it's face most of the time. A couple of times it smashed for a while and then ran out of steam. Once it won. Main changes are big increase in basic land count, focusing more on G/B/U, and tweaked the barnacles out of the ramp package. Originally I had Approach of the Second Sun as the only alt win-con (the main win-con just being creature damage). I've added Biovisionary, and Rite of Replication for a second, and way more fun, win-con. I also added 3 more planeswalkers, as well as The Chain Veil and Oath of Teferi. Bunch of other changes as well, around 23 cards total changed, not including mana-base adjustments. Topped it off with Silence to help ensure the "Visionary Replication" win.
