Basically you mill the crap out of them and then you can kill them with Consuming Aberration or Wight of Precinct Six because they will both be huge or even Jace's Phantasm because it will be a 5/5 flyer too. When you play lands, Hedron Crab mills them, when you draw cards Jace's Erasure mills them and when they take damage, Mindcrank mills them. So basically, everything mills.
