So this is my (hopefully) iconic Djeru, With Eyes Open Budget(ish) Paper Toolbox Blink(ish) Token Control Planeswalker Pillowfort deck that I made a over a year ago, revamped to fit today’s standards.

Why Djeru, With Eyes Open? I mean a mono white commander that nets card advantage is nothing to sleep about. People often overlook Djeru, and turn to Sram, Senior Edificer or Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle for white card draw. Yet having a tutor on an ETB seems very good. There are a lot of diverse Planeswalker options in white and colourless so not only card advantage but also card selection. His second ability is nothing to scoff at either; creature tokens are rendered useless against our Planeswalkers and the damage prevented will add up, keeping them alive for far longer, possibly allowing ultimates. So The game plan is simple; Use and abuse Djeru’s ETB with blink effects in order to tutor for the correct Planeswalker for the situation. But what Planeswalkers and when?
We want Elspeth, Sun's Champion most of the time; her first ability will develop an extremely powerful board state that not only protect her but paired with buffing or an anthem effect will easily take over the game. This along with an accessible board wipe , that ignores our tokens and kills our commander, a blessing in disguise since we can then recast him for additional ETBs and a built in anthem makes her our go to Planeswalker. That is our gameplan most of the time, to go wide and overwhelm with buffed tokens. If by the time Djeru is out we can’t reliably obtain 6 mana, Elspeth, Knight-Errant or Gideon, Ally of Zendikar makes for a fine replacement. With Elspeth we can’t overwhelm as easily, but it does the trick, especially if we can get her ultimate, potentially the most powerfully in the entire deck as our board can’t be impacted nearly as easily and we’ll be unphased by the many board wipes we run. Gideon, Ally of Zendikar can’t gain loyalty with tokens but he doesn’t lose them either, and it’s occasionally worth it for 2/2s. Another option would with him is just to sack him for the permanant anthem it can create or even stack using some PY support. The other 2 Elspeths, Elspeth Tirel and Elspeth, Sun's Nemesis can create a lot of tokens too at a low cost yet is unreliable due to the fact that the abilities do not add loyalty. But they are ideal in certain scenarios such as against graveyard filling strategies with TBH Elspeth or the need of quick defence and vitality in desperate scenarios with the OG Elspeth. Redundancy in token creation is important as it is not only our defence but our main strategy. If we can guarantee 6 mana and Elspeth, Sun's Champion is unavailable for whatever reason, Ugin, the Ineffable makes for a worthy replacement, even though his static ability is mostly superfluous. 2/2 tokens that net card advantage that also add loyalty along with easy and repeatable removal is extremely powerful in this deck and may even be preferred over Elspeth if we’re low on cards. But if we’re all good on tokens, other Planeswalkers can help.
Ajani Steadfast is our premiere utility Planeswalker since his second ability can add loyalty and buff our token armies, which means we can access powerful ultimates far quicker and even out of nowhere to the surprise of opponents all while creating a pseudo anthem. Sometimes, instead of losing loyalty we can push for his ultimate which paired with Djeru gives us invincible Planeswalkers. Getting Elspeth, Sun's Champion then Ajani will close out games fast. Gideon Jura can deter attacks from our more important Planeswalkers and remove threats, especially good to get those vital ultimates out without worry from attacks if we’re exposed. Karn, Scion of Urza is a pretty solid tutor to get too since card advantage is a difficult thing to come by in mono white yet Karn does a fantastic job with that with it’s first 2 abilities and it can always help in some niche cases with it’s tokens, which are always welcome. The Wanderer is a fantastic tutor if we face burn or indirect damage sources, keeping Planeswalkers out of harms way. Her second ability can cut through any big creatures that come into our too pretty effectively. Gideon, the Oathsworn and Ajani, Strength of the Pride can assist tokens with some buffing and vitality yet their main use is for a an easy emergency widescale board wipe that can just terminate a player’s game if we feel things are getting a little heated. Yet Gideon of the Trials is the best panic option since we can get him out easily and either stop a threat from impacting us or just straight up stop us from losing the game the second he comes out, which can grant us time to get back into the game.
