When Psycho-Sideshows Attack: The RAKDOS WINS Deck

Pauper Aggro BR (Rakdos) Jank Theme/Gimmick

DoktaDakka

Sideboard

Pauper is supposed to be the brewer's paradise. However, Tron, MBC, and MUC have absolutely infested the competitive scene, making it very hard to do something new, dumb, and fun. So, I sold my soul to Rakdos, and he stomped my human shell under his cloven hoof, and I came back as a half-imp, half-goblin abomination hellbent on smashing face. Welcome to the newest pauper aggro deck.

So, why do this? Why play this jank filled brew of hellfire, psychotic jesters, and a plate of chocolate chip cookies? Because you like to live dangerously and have fun, duh. What's the gameplan? Play a multicolored creature, play other creatures, enchant them, ???, and profit. Honestly, who cares when we can play stuff like Grixis Grimblade and Goblin Deathraiders while screaming like a lunatic? It's all about SMASH, STAB, LAUGH, FIRE, we just want to cause mayhem. But Dok, what about our mana? Just fix it with Ash Barrens and get out the one swamp and Mountain you need to play the game. Do we really need the dual land? Probably not, but most turn 1 are gonna be us just giggling in excitement.

Now, the awkward sideboard. Let's just say it looks jank because it is, but in a beautiful way. We hate on MUC hard, have a few things for affinity, enjoy the MOST HILARIOUS GOBLIN EVER for those white decks that think they can pull one over on us, and being a combat deck we have THE GIFT OF PAIN for Fog. But who cares, this is jank aggro, just have fun. It's what Rakdos wants.
