This is a deck I have been thinking about for a very long time. The core idea is to wheel as many times as possibly can, although without any too broken techniques. An element of chaos, some removal and counterspells for better protecting damage / token creation outlet, when I am drawing my cards, Narset, Parter of Veils for stopping my opponents to redraw should I draw her and should be fun for non-competitive play.
