I originally was going to make this deck infect and wheels, but it felt clunky.

Now, I am focusing more on Nekusar's abilities and trying to get my mana-base and ramp figured out to get this guy more competitive.

A lot of the cards are forcing opponents to discard hands and draw cards. I have some graveyard hate mixed in to make sure opponents can't utilize their graveyards in the future.

I need to figure out how to make this more competitive... Suggestions welcomed!
