Usually hits a game-over combo on T5-T7. T4 Victory is possible. All opponents eliminated. Some clutch synergy happens with Whispering Madness and Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Wheel, Cipher onto any creature, and attack for a second wheel in the turn. Play whatever is in your hand to maximize the damage on main phase before combat. Helm of the Ghastlord on Nekusar, the Mindrazer Plus a wheel pretty much stops each opponents forward progress as it makes you draw a card, and them discard every card they draw. If Nekusar, the Mindrazer has Helm of the Ghastlord, and there's a Teferi's Puzzle Box out, it's GG. There's a few infinite Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind loops in the deck if you canCuriosity find them. ;) I'd love suggestions if you've got a cool idea you don't see in here, or something that would synergize well with the wheel goodies.
