A self-Mill deck, of course. The General Strategy was originally to get out Laboratory Maniac as close to having no more cards to draw as possible while using creatures that gain boosts from burgeoning graveyards like Gnaw to the Bone , Boneyard Wurm and Splinterfright for defense, and possibly offense. A late game Invisible Stalker slapped with Wreath of Geists would be devastating. I've come to the realization that the secondary strategy i.e. graveyard pump-ups are actually much more effective than the laboratory maniac approach, and have re-balanced accordingly. My opponents will rarely live long enough for me to mill myself entirely as was my original thought behind this deck, and even if I get to that point I'll always be sure to save a Noxious Revival for Mr. Maniac just in case.

Update:So, the deck you see above, while mostly the same as the original design, is what I actually own now based on the recommendations of and the cards sold to me by my card dealer, notably omitting Jace and adding Naturalize to deal with exile effects (i.e. Nihl Spellbomb) and Forbidden Alchemy. Still very fast and lethal aganist most decks.

Update #2: Made the deck less vulnerable to graveyard exiling by making most of the effects of creatures in my graveyard one-off effects that won't kill the creatures if my graveyard goes away. Comment.
