Hello everyone. I appreciate all of you taking a peek at my newly-constructed deck revolving around Jhoria Weatherlight Captain's ability. It reads; "Whenever you cast a Historic spell, draw a card." When this magnificent card from Dominaria was spoiled, I've been looking to throw a decklist together that executed well but on a budget. If you don't already know, a Historic spell is an artifact, legendary, or planeswalker card. There are many different lists that go many different ways for this commander, but I chose to go with the artifact route.

This deck revolved around a very simple concept. Drop very cheap costing (casting cost) artifact cards to draw into a win. "How can I win?" You ask? Let me list a few possible conditions in which you will either win, or your opponents will scoop and call it good.

|Grand Architect :: Pili-Pala :: Comet Storm| step 1.) have Grand Architect and Pili-Pala out on the board, as well as Comet Storm in your hand.
step 2.) turn Pili-Pala into a blue artifact creature with Grand Architect's ability. step 3.) At this point, you have successfully created infinite mana of any color by tapping and un-tapping Pili-Pala. After that, drop a PHAT Comet Storm for infinite. Congratulations.
