Minor tweaks —Nov. 20, 2019
I dropped City of Brass in favor of Sulfurous Springs, and I swapped Reliquary Tower for Sunscorched Desert.
This brings the real world cost down a few dollars as well as adds another ping damage source.

"If you discard a card with madness and wish to cast it, Necropotence’s ability won’t exile that card. If you don’t wish to cast it, you choose whether it ends up exiled or in your graveyard."
This means that it works quite well with the overall strategy.

Necropotence while an awesome card by itself, is antisynergy with Madness, since it exiles the cards before you can play them for their madness costs...
