It has been said of Sisay that "her leadership forged the Weatherlight's finest crew."

"As she took the wheel of the Weatherlight for the first time in a millennium, Jhoira knew she'd been right to restore the ship. Anything was possible now."

Welcome aboard the legendary Skyship Weatherlight! For this deck I took a Commander 2017/Draconic Domination pre-constructed deck and re-constructed it around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain both mechanically and thematically. Command legends from Dominaria (including Weatherlight crews both past and present) and beyond, such as the Soul of the World Progenitus. The idea is gradually power-up Sisay with low-coast Legendary Creatures until you can summon the titans of the deck to crush you opponents. As the deck depends on Sisay it starts off a little slow, so summon Baird, Steward of Argive, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and Arvad the Cursed at first opportunity to slow your opponents down, along with (for obvious reasons) Captain Sisay and Thran Temporal Gateway. Summoning Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero is also wise since it protects against most Wrath cards. Speaking of Wraths, using Captain Sisay to summon Urza's Ruinous Blast can clear your opponents boards quite effectively. Regardless, there are several ways to play this deck depending on how aggressive/bold you are feeling and/or how long you want the game to last. One tactic, and arguably the most flavorful, is to summon Skyship Weatherlight and then use its ability to bring Jegantha, the Wellspring to the field as its special ability pays for (Commander) Sisay's and thus frees up your mana base. (Speaking of mana base, using the Skyship to summon Chromatic Lantern is also and for obvious reasons a good idea.) Anyway, use Captain Sisay with Thran Temporal Gateway to bring Progenitus and Reya Dawnbringer to the battlefield. The rest, namely your opponents, should be history shortly thereafter since one can use this combo to bring any legendary card in the deck to the battlefield at will via any combination of four mana - and should they fall, Reya and/or Nissa of Shadowed Boughs will bring them back. (Nissa's ultimate will also help get creatures from your hand onto the battlefield faster.) Meanwhile, no deck representing the Weatherlight is complete without the fabled Legacy Weapon - which can be efficiently deployed using the aforementioned card-summoning combos to annihilate your opponents' permanents at will.

What happens if your opponent finds a way to negate either or both Sisays and/or the Thran Temporal Gateway? Jodah, Archmage Eternal and/or Jhoira of the Ghitu and The Prismatic Bridge   can take over for you. Them, and Hanna, Ship's Navigator can bring the Gateway back from the graveyard should it get destroyed. In the sum, the beauty of this deck, aside from the flavor, is that once you have the five colors of mana available and Sisay (the Commander) has been powered up you can summon whatever legends you need to answer opponents' threats. Between either Sisay and the Thran Temporal Gateway mana-costs again mean nothing. Another beauty about this deck is that if you do not like Sisay as your Commander, you can switch her out with the many five-color legends in the deck.

(Why no basic Swamps? Because I told a friend that I could make a working Five Color EDH deck without any. Do not ask why. Feel free to add them.)
