Hello Brother! This is a rough prototype for a Zedruu deck. Your proclivity for both chaos and group hug align well with this commander and I wanted to be sure to suggest cards that work for both styles. There are several cards that at first glance seem terrible, however it is important to know that Zedruu can give opponents the cards which would be terrible to possess (see Steel Golem and Aggressive Mining). There are also cards like Scrambleverse and Warp World which are massively crazy cards sure to mess up the game. On the Group Hug side there are cards like Dictate of Kruphix and Temple Bell to encourage your opponents to draw more cards (which you can hopefully steal). The mana base is usually the most expensive area of the deck so I had to be strict with it without hindering your ability to compete. Again, this is only a suggestion; feel free to modify anything you choose! Good Luck!
