So pretty much you get some lands out, get Noyan out, and then when you need to blow up all the other creatures with Planar Cleansing, Planar Outburst, Play of the Game, or Cataclysmic Gearhulk and then swing out.

Terra Eternal, Tomik, Distinguished Advokist, Teferi's Response, and Sacred Ground for some protection.

For ManLand buffs we got Abzan Falconer, Abzan Battle Priest, Herald of Secret Streams, and Halimar Tidecaller. Plus Rally of Wings, To Arms! (both great on Isochron Scepter), Rewind, and Frantic Search for some tap untap flip-flopping.

Then some proliferate for getting some extra buff lands: Tezzeret's Gambit, Flux Channeler, and Contentious Plan with some two/three for one Noyan triggers: Spelltwine, Talent of the Telepath, and Insidious Will

And for Instant/Sorcery bonuses there's Taigam, Ojutai Master, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Flux Channeler

And finally if things are still not wrapped up, we have Approach of the Second Sun to close things out for sure. Which isn't too hard to get with all the draw/dig in here (Brainstorm, Opt, Quicken, Anticipate, Think Twice, To Arms!, Fact or Fiction, Frantic Search, Teferi's Response, Mystic Speculation, Ponder, Contentious Plan, Tezzeret's Gambit)

Biggest weak point here is that everything is pretty reliant on Noyan to get things rolling, and that the man himself gets blown up by any of the board clears even though the boys stay around.
