Start off with Ajani's Pridemate and Fountain of Renewal which gives you some lifelink and a cat that grows each turn.

Add in a few other ways of generating counters and Evolution Sage to ramp up any counter generation, while giving your planeswalkers a few loyalty counters.

Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants , Leonin Warleader and Ajani, Strength of the Pride starts to generate big litters of playful 1/1 or 2/2 kittens with lifelink. Then give them all +1/+1's with Ajani, the Greathearted and proliferate a bit more to let these kittens grow into an unstoppable army.
