Secret Ninjutsu deck with +1/+1 Counters and unblockable and ETB value. Sort-of Voltron deck, as Volrath, the Shapestealer can be made unblockable, loaded up with counters and turned sideways.

I considered putting in some poison counter shenanigans to sit alongside the proliferate effects in the deck, but in the end decided to streamline the strategies in the deck

This completes the trio of builds around the C19 sultai pre-con commanders. This is a fun, low-powered deck that can kill out of nowhere, but can have trouble if it doesn't hit cards that put counters on things, so keep opening hands with that in mind.
