I'm a big fan of vampires in mtg so I wanted to make a deck for Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter. I'd prefer to make it tribal but didn't want to just make a full black deck and have Vish Kal as the commander. I wanted the main focus to be on the vampires and use enchantments and artifacts, longer lasting cards, to buff them. It could use some work, so I'm looking for opinions.
